At the heart of our work is a commitment to creating a sustainable, positive impact on smallholder farmers (SHF). We achieve this by empowering outgrower managers—acting as the intermediaries and working with large numbers of SHF— enabling broad, scalable change and impact.
Unlike traditional approaches that focus directly on individual farmers, our model leverages the collective influence of outgrower managers to drive productivity and efficiency across the farming ecosystems. By grounding our approach in economic market mechanics and principles, we ensure that the benefits are mutual and sustainable.
Smallholder farmers increase their production, boosting their income, while outgrower managers gain access to greater volumes of high-quality produce to process or sell across Africa’s growing markets.
